Bootcamp Spring 2024 Call – Deadline 15 March

Our Bootcamps aim to develop the skills and competencies required to embed ESD in curriculum design supported by the CoDesignS ESD Framework. We have successfully trained over 100 participants across 36 diverse teams from an array of countries, including the United Kingdom, Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, Panama, Honduras, Ecuador, Peru, Chile, United Arab Emirates, and Australia.

The Transformative Power of the Learning Design and ESD Bootcamp

Ever wondered how we can shift our education systems to address today’s global sustainability challenges? In a world where our actions matter more than ever, it’s crucial to integrate Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) into our teaching practices and curriculum designs. An exceptional opportunity to do this is the Learning Design and ESD Bootcamp designed by the Association for Learning Design and Education for Sustainable Development (ADLESD) in collaboration with UNESCO IESALC.

Transforming Education Together: ESD-Net 2030 Global Meeting Reflections

As the world gathers in Tokyo, Japan, from 18th to 20th December 2023, a common vision for the future of education takes centre stage. The ‘Transforming Education Together: ESD-Net 2030 Global Meeting‘, co-organised by UNESCO and MEXT Japan, and co-hosted by the United Nations University, marks a major step forward in incorporating Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) into curricula worldwide. CoDesignS ESD Framework

The CoDesignS ESD Framework is used in our Bootcamps. It provides an easy to implement pedagogic method for embedding Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) in curriculum design using a co-design and co-creation approach. The CoDesignS ESD Toolkit and the CoDesignS ESD Toolkit Planner have been developed to support the implementation of the CoDesigns ESD Framework, encouraging a co-creation and co-design approach.
